This large 1.8m sq ft mixed use project located in Vail’s West Lionshead, was planned as a 325 residential units, a 128 key luxury Rock Resort Hotel, a gondola and associated mountain operations, approximately 75,000 sq foot of retail and 30,000 sq foot of office as well as employee housing, a transit center and a number of community benefits such as a kids recreation facility, ski school and restrooms.
