41 story mixed use high-rise in Downtown San Diego comprised of 85 branded residences, 285 luxury apartments, 21,000 sq ft of retail, 630 space public parking structure, 14,000 sq ft cultural center and 225 key boutique hotel with ground floor restaurant and lobby, 8th floor pool deck and bar, 26th floor cocktail bar and luxury spa and fitness center. Project received entitlements in 2008, completed construction documents and all pricing, but the project was not built.

Located on Market Street in Downtown San Diego, this 23 story property was acquired, entitled for 211 units and then sold to Hanover as a luxury high end apartment project.

The Watermark

The Watermark

Oversaw the acquisition, construction and development of The Watermark. Located on the Ala Wai Canal and looking out over Waikiki Yacht Harbor in Waikiki, Hawaii, this 212 unit luxury 38 story high-rise on four acres of grounds with a pool and walking trail through the gardens in the heart of Waikiki is a single loaded building meaning all units are oriented towards the ocean views. Completed in early 2007.
