41 story mixed use high-rise in Downtown San Diego comprised of 85 branded residences, 285 luxury apartments, 21,000 sq ft of retail, 630 space public parking structure, 14,000 sq ft cultural center and 225 key boutique hotel with ground floor restaurant and lobby, 8th floor pool deck and bar, 26th floor cocktail bar and luxury spa and fitness center. Project received entitlements in 2008, completed construction documents and all pricing, but the project was not built.

Located in the Ballpark District of San Diego, this 8 and 14 story building has views into the new San Diego Ballpark. The 223 units building has studios, averaging 500 sq ft, one bedrooms 750 sq ft and two bedrooms 1,050 sq ft. Project was completed in 2007.

Located in Little Italy, San Diego, the two building Type V apartment project comprised of 184 units and 10,500 sq ft of retail. One to three bed-roomed units range in size from 384 to 1,130 sq ft, completed in December 2003, leased up, managed for a few years and then sold to a condo converter.

Urbana is a 96 unit infill project (20,000 sq. ft. parcel)  located on 10th Ave (between Island and J St.) in Downtown San Diego. Property was assembled and entitled (entitlements obtained in March 2012) under Cape Point Development, LLC and then sold to HG Fenton as part of their development portfolio.
